Ice fishing, ice golf and snow hockey are also on the agenda for the adventurous or you may prefer to relax by the campfire with a hot drink, or even fry sausages and enjoy a lovely bowl of hot soup in a Sámi-style tent. This evening, enjoy a traditional Finnish Christmas buffet dinner. Santa is sure to take some time out from his busy schedule to meet all the children either before or after your meal!

DAY 3: SUNDAY 25 DECEMBER DISCOVER SANTA’S HIDEAWAY
Enjoy a well-earned sleep-in after last night’s feast or join a traditional Lutheran Christmas Day church service delivered in Finnish. Later, travel deep into the majestic forest for a fun-filled day with a distinct focus on the festive season. Glimpse shy forest animals and look out for traces of Santa himself – fresh sled tracks and perhaps a present that may have fallen from his sleigh – as the coach heads along the winding trail. Help Santa’s elves feed forest birds and decorate Christmas trees before lunch and a hot beverage at a quaint hut. After lunch, Santa’s reindeers arrive to take you on a test drive. If you manage this Lappish mode of transportation, you will be issued with your very own International Reindeer Driver’s Licence! And since you are at the Arctic Circle, you cannot leave without participating in a special Lapp ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle. Follow the winding trail back to your hotel where an international Christmas Day buffet-style dinner is served.
